Refund policy

We are here to provide the support you deserve and we understand that life can get a little tricky. We want to make returning Bra-Less Bra as convenient and simple as possible for you!
We happily accept returns of all unused domestic orders within 15 days of the date of receipt of the product and for damaged product. Please note - box damage does not count as returnable damage or defective.
Returns will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Also, if you incur Outbound shipping fees - unfortunately, they are not refundable.
Please note - the product must be returned unused. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package to make refunding you as quick as possible.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
For international returns, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
To request a return, please email returns@bralessbra.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged product and you will get a response within 48 to 72 hours.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment promptly.
Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
Shipping fees
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
